Verena graduated in Film from our very own MultiMediaArt program and has since made waves as a Sundance-featured, award-winning filmmaker and creative technologist. Her career spans producing series for CNN and BBC, writing for Wiedemann & Berg TV, and working with Red Bull Media’s Terra Mater Studios. Today, she’s at the forefront of AI-powered storytelling, developing hybrid pipelines that merge classic film craft with cutting-edge generative tools.
Her work has been celebrated by Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter, and major AI film festivals worldwide. As a keynote speaker and jury member at Cannes 2025, Berlinale 2025, AIAIFF, and more, she brings rare insight into the present and future of cinematic storytelling.
